Stornobedingungen

Rückerstattung des gesamten Betrages bei schriftlicher Absage bis 14 Tage vor Beginn des Seminars. 13 bis 7 Tage vor Seminarbeginn 50%. Bei Absage ab Tag 6 vor Seminarstart kann keine Gebühr mehr rückerstattet werden. Sollten sie einen Ersatzteilnehmer für ihren Platz im Seminar stellen wird der gesamte Betrag zu jeder Zeit rückerstattet.

Datenschutz:

Mittels Anmeldeformular übermittelte personsbezogene Daten werden nur im Rahmen der Veranstaltung weiterverarbeitet. Die Daten werden ohne ausdrückliche Zustimmung der Person nicht an Dritte weitergegeben. Die Datenverarbeitung findet unter anderem durch den Webhoster dogado im üblichen Rahmen statt. Diese Daten werden ebenfalls nicht an Dritte weitergegeben. 

Medien:

Die Teilnehmer am Semiar stimmen ausdrücklich zu, dass aufgenommene Fotos oder Videos im Rahmen des Seminars auf Sozial Media verbreitet werden können. Der Veranstalter übenimmt keine Haftung für das Verbreiten von Medien durch Dritte. Sollte ein Teilnehmer damit nicht einverstanden sein, soll er dies vor Seminarbeginn ausdrücklich dem Veranstalter mitteilen.

Seminar fee:

300 per team
150 per observer without a dog

The seminar place is only permanently reserved once the seminar fee has been credited to our account.

Cancellation conditions:

Refund of the entire amount if cancellation is made in writing up to 14 days before the start of the seminar. 13 to 7 days before the start of the seminar 50%. If you cancel from day 6 before the start of the seminar, no fee can be refunded. If you provide a replacement participant for your place in the seminar, the entire amount will be refunded at any time.

Data protection:

Personal data transmitted via the registration form will only be further processed as part of the event. The data will not be passed on to third parties without the person's express consent. The data processing takes place, among other things, by the web host dogado within the usual framework. This data will also not be passed on to third parties.

Media:

The participants in the seminar expressly agree that photos or videos taken as part of the seminar can be distributed on social media. The organizer assumes no liability for the distribution of media by third parties. If a participant does not agree to this, they should expressly inform the organizer of this before the seminar begins.
