Sie können sich über nachstehendes Formular zum Mantrailing Seminar anmelden.

 

Nach dieser Anmeldung erhalten Sie eine E-Mail mit entsprechenden Informationen über Einzahlung, Programmablauf und Unterkunftsmöglichkeiten.

Sollten Sie keine E-Mail erhalten, prüfen Sie bitte Ihren Spam-Ordner oder nehmen Sie mit uns Kontakt auf.

Sie erkennen die erfolgreiche Absendung des Formulars anhand einer Bestätigungsseite.

Weitere Vorgangsweise:

Nach erfolgter Einzahlung des entsprechenden Betrags wird die Anmeldung als Teilnahmebestätigung eingestuft.

Beachten Sie bitte, dass es nur eine bestimmte Anzahl an Plätzen für die Teilnahme mit Hunden gibt. 

Es gilt das "First Come, First Served" Prinzip, es werden die Anmeldungen nach dem Einzahlungsdatum gereiht.

Teilnehmer von offiziellen Rettungs-, Polizeiorganisationen oder anderen Behörden werden bevorzugt eingestuft.

Anmeldeschluss:

Der Anmeldeschluss wird mit 15. August 2025 festgelegt.

Wir freuen uns auf das INBTI Seminar 2025 mit euch. Hier noch ein einige Hinweise und Ratschläge:

2. Anmeldung im Schloss Cumberland
   Wenn es für die Gruppeneinteilung spezielle Wünsche gibt (Fahrgemeinschaften in derselben Gruppe, sprachliche Wünsche, etc.) bitte an seminar(at)traildogs(dot)eu melden.
3. Verköstigung am ersten Tag
   Als kleine Stärkung vor den praktischen Übungen werden am Freitag im Anschluss an den Theorieblock verschiedene Würstchen mit Gebäck angeboten. Getränke sind extra zu bezahlen. 
4. Verpflegung für Samstag und Sonntag
   Die Teilnehmer werden ersucht, ihre Verpflegung für die Trainingstage selbst mitzunehmen.

After this registration, you will receive an e-mail with the relevant information about the deposit, program schedule and accommodation options.

You can recognize the successful submission of the form by means of a confirmation page.

Further procedure :

Once the relevant amount has been paid, the registration will be classified as a confirmation of participation.

Please note that there is only a limited number of places for dogs to take part.  

The "First Come, First Served" principle applies, registrations are ranked according to the payment date.

Participants from official rescue, police organizations or other authorities are given priority.

Registration deadline :

The registration deadline will be August 15, 2025.

Our INBTI seminar is approaching. We are looking forward to seeing you and learning with you. 

 

1. How to get to the seminar location

We will probably run an Intensity for everyone on Friday. Therefore, make sure your dogs can stretch their legs and relieve themselves before you get to the seminar location. It would not be good to contaminate the area before we even get started.
2. Registration at Cumberland Castle.
   If there are special requests for group division (carpooling in the same group, language requirements, etc.) please contact seminar(at)traildogs(dot)eu
3. Buffet on the first day
   As a little refreshment before the practical exercises, various sausages and bread will be offered on Friday after the theory block. Drinks are not included.
4. lunches for Saturday and Sunday
   Please make sure you bring your own food and drinks on the training days.

 

Datenschutzbestimmungen:

Die Daten werden zum Zweck der Verarbeitung für das Seminar weiterverwendet und gespeichert. Sie werden nur innerhalb des Systems bzw des Vereins Traildogs Gmunden verwendet. Zum Zweck der Ausstellung der Teilnahmebestätigung und Gebührenabrechnung werden sie an INBTI weitergeleitet.

Es ist nicht vorgesehen, diese Daten an andere am Seminar Unbeteiligte weiterzugeben.
Fotos: Üblicherweise werden von Teilnehmern und vom Veranstalter Fotos während der Veranstaltung aufgenommen und über Sozialen Medien verbreitet. Sollte jemand damit nicht einverstanden sein, möge er dies ausdrücklich vor Beginn des Seminars mitteilen.

Teilnahmebedingungen:

Die Teilnahme ist für Hunde nur mit gültigem EU-Tierimpfpass erlaubt. Ebenso ist eine Bestätigung über eine gültige Haftpflichtversicherung vorzuweisen.
Die Teilnahme am Seminar erfolgt eigenverantwortlich. Es wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass der Verein Traildogs Gmunden keinerlei Haftung für Unfälle übernimmt. 

 

Stornobedingungen

Rückerstattung des gesamten Betrages bei schriftlicher Absage bis 14 Tage vor Beginn des Seminars. 13 bis 7 Tage vor Seminarbeginn 50%. Bei Absage ab Tag 6 vor Seminarstart kann keine Gebühr mehr rückerstattet werden. Sollten sie einen Ersatzteilnehmer für ihren Platz im Seminar stellen wird der gesamte Betrag zu jeder Zeit rückerstattet.

Privacy Policy:

The data will be used and stored for the purpose of processing for the seminar. They are only used within the system or the Traildogs Gmunden association. They will be forwarded to INBTI for the purpose of issuing the confirmation of participation and billing of fees.

It is not intended to pass this data on to anyone who is not involved in the seminar.

Photos: Photos are usually taken by participants and organizers during the event and distributed via social media. If someone does not agree with this, they should expressly inform us before the start of the seminar.

Conditions of participation:

Participation is only allowed for dogs with a valid EU animal vaccination certificate. A confirmation of valid liability insurance must also be presented.
Participation in the seminar is your own responsibility. It is expressly pointed out that the Traildogs Gmunden association assumes no liability for accidents.  

 

Cancellation conditions:

Refund of the entire amount if cancellation is made in writing up to 14 days before the start of the seminar. 13 to 7 days before the start of the seminar 50%. If you cancel from day 6 before the start of the seminar, no fee can be refunded. If you provide a replacement participant for your place in the seminar, the entire amount will be refunded at any time.
